Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Jimmie, you agree to these terms.

Not fitness or medical advice

Jimmie is a tracking tool, not a trainer and not a clinician. Nothing in the app — including anything produced by its AI features — is fitness, medical, or health advice. Exercise carries risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, and stop if something hurts. You are responsible for your own training decisions.

Your account

You need an account to use Jimmie. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don’t impersonate anyone else.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Your content

The exercises, workouts, notes, and media you create remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display that content back to you as part of running the service. We don’t claim ownership and we don’t use your content to promote Jimmie.

Don’t upload anything unlawful, or anything you don’t have the right to upload.

Subscriptions

Jimmie offers an optional paid subscription (Jimmie Pro).

• Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Play Store account.
• They renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel any time in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us.

Prices and the features included in the free and paid tiers may change. Where a change affects an existing subscription, we will give notice before it applies.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, and don’t use it to store or distribute anything harmful.

Availability

Jimmie is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be withdrawn. We are not liable for lost data beyond what applicable law requires — keep your own records of anything you can’t afford to lose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may stop using Jimmie and delete your account at any time.
